Sequences BBa_K819000_sequence (Version 1)

Description

The luminescence-responsive promoter was engineered from promoter ColE7, during which the LexA binding site was mutated to guarantee that the endogenous LexA will not disturb the function of this promoter. This mutated LexA binding site within luminescence-responsive promoter can be recognized by corresponding mutated LexA DNA binding domain.

Notes

The LexA binding site was mutated to guarantee that the endogenous LexA will not disturb the function of this promoter. This mutated LexA binding site within luminescence-responsive promoter can be recognized by corresponding mutated LexA DNA binding domain.
