    Description

    This part has been made to induce the production of the Rhagium Inquisitor antifreeze protein in plants during cold temperatures. The cold-stress promoter was submitted by the Nevada 2010 team. A strong kozak sequence follows this, along with the sequence of RIAFP first characterized by the Yale 2011 team. The terminator is from A.thaliana, and has been found to increase gene expression when used.
