Description

Mutant of the Polyetheylene Terephtalate degrading protein LC Cutinase (Bba_K936000). The threonine at the 96th amino acid position is changed to an alanine. This part was created using site directed mutagenesis to change an "ACG" codon to a "GCA" codon.

Notes

Eliminated BioBrick restriction sites and added a TAA double stop.
