Description

OmpC is normally found in the outer membrane of E. coli. BamHI was inserted in place of PstI on the 9th hydrophylic loop which protrudes out of the cell.

Notes

This biobrick would be useful for adding any protein to the outer cell membrane of E. coli. It could be applicable to water treatment applications.
