    Description

    M13K07 fragment from bp 1-2222 (HpaI site to BamHI site), refactored 1) to eliminate overlaping regions between promoters, ribosome binding sites, open reading frames, and 2) to add restriction enzyme sites for easy separation of different parts of the genetic sequence.

    Notes

    Had to make sure 1) overlapping promoter/rbs/orf sequences were not repeated, 2) restriction enzyme sites were unique and did not cut through important parts.
