    Description

    This construct includes the kozacs sequence, the sequence for the L-gulonolactone oxidase enzyme, and a stop codon. This is a standalone part, ie, if this is the only enzyme you want to produce, then this sequences will allow you to do this with minimal work.

    Notes

    sequence was slightly changed (silent mutation) from published work in order to allow for the use of restriction enzymes.
