    Description

    This sequence is structured to form a hairpin loop of double-stranded RNA that will induce the silencing of genes that produce the canine F1 allergen.

    Notes

    The sense and antisense portions must properly form a loop structure in order to induce gene silencing.

    This is a composite part that consists of a T7 promoter, the sense sequence for the dog F1 allergen, a hairpin loop, the antisense for the dog F1 allergen and a T1 terminator.
