Description

pSB1A4 was constructed by adding double terminators ([BBa_B0015]) before the BioBrick prefix and after the BioBrick suffix in pSB1A3. This insulator blocks read-through transcription into BioBrick parts/ devices.

Notes

The double terminators were assembled from small smaller overlapping ssDNA oligos. The outer-most EcoRI and PstI sites were mutated while the inner-most BioBrick cut sites were restored.
