    This device will make isoamyl alcohol. It codes for an enzymatic pathway that takes in leucine and converts it to isoamyl alcohol.

    Notes

    Out of time constraints, we did not get rid of the EcoRI cut sites in THI3. So...don't use EcoRI when making assemblies with this part!
