Description
This part is the base composite of the oscillator.If you add the tetR protein under lambda cI regulated promoter,you can get a complete oscillator.Furthermore, because of the lox66 between the ptetR and lacI protein, you can design many different devices after rewired by insert the other lox site at different place or direction in the tetR protein under lambda cI regulated promoter.
Notes
c1 protein may be noxious to the E.coli.We had tried many times to ligate the plac and c1 without success.So, we ligated the plac under the part of ptetR+lox66+lacI. With the lacI protein repressed, we made it.
