Description

OVA has been commonly used as the antigen for testing the efficiency of antibody response and T cell activation in previous immunology experiments, thus is a easy to use antigen. We add the OVA coding region in between the Leish-5'UTR-HYG and Leish-3'UTR for leishmania to expression our target protein, OVA.

Notes

The detailed design of the sequence is documented in each part.

Source

Composite of the Leishmania 5 prime UTR-HYG, ovalbumin and 3 prime UTR. The Leish-5'UTR and 3'UTR sequence originally came from Leishmania genome and is acquired from GenBank. The Hygromycin resistant gene and ovalbumin sequences are acquired from GenBank.
