Description
The E. coli membrane protein YiaT (truncated at R232) and fused with a multiple cloning site. The multiple cloning site is located on the extracellular side of the membrane and is on a long flexible arm of the C-terminal end of YiaT. This system allows for the expression of any protein to the outside of E. coli.Notes
