This part consists of two basic part, pduAB and pduJK. This part encode essential proteins used for construct psu BMC(bacterial microcompartment).Notes
There are some silent mutation in pduAB, but do not disturb the function of protein. PduJK has some error mutations at the end of coding sequence of pduK. We are still doing experiment do confirm whether this part can work normally.Source
